National recognition for Plymouth law firm
GA Solicitors in Plymouth has been awarded a mark of excellence by a national not-for-profit group which campaigns on behalf of injured people.
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is dedicated to improving the law for people who have been made ill or injured through no fault of their own, and who need help to put their lives back on track. GA Solicitors can now display APIL’s accreditation logo, which illustrates the high level of experience and expertise in the firm.
“We work very hard to ensure injured people receive the justice they need and deserve, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our dedication and the wealth of experience we bring to those in need of legal assistance,” said James Walsh from GA Solicitors. “As a Fellow I have been heavily involved with APIL in my years in the sector and am one of just 20 individuals in the country to be accredited as an occupational disease and asbestos disease specialist. To be recognised individually as well as the department as a whole is fantastic and testament to the results we achieve for our clients.”
APIL president Neil Sugarman said: “To have an accreditation logo demonstrates that a law firm has reached APIL’s high standards of practice. We don’t simply hand out the quality marks. Firms must prove themselves. Injured people will be in safe hands with GA Solicitors which has successfully fulfilled the accreditation criteria. APIL will continue to support GA Solicitors and provide on-going training and development in best practice, enabling injured people to get the justice to which they are entitled and to rebuild their lives.”
With more than 200 years of heritage, GA Solicitors is a leading Plymouth law firm with 78 members of staff offering guidance across seven specialist departments: business; family; employment; dispute resolution; wills, trusts & probate; conveyancing and personal injury.
