What do we look for in a trainee?

At GA we value more than just academics. We like our trainees to stand out from the crowd.

All trainees are expected to meet the growing needs of the sector. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as are skills related to business development, marketing and networking.

We expect our trainees to engage with social events within the firm and be strong team players. Our success is based upon our team ethos and this is an area we will continue to nurture.

We expect all our trainees to have completed their LPCs and have a law degree of 2:2 or above, or a non-law degree with GDL. Any additional voluntary or legal work experience is highly valued but not essential.
